Refitted Hangar

The Abandoned Hangar POI converted to player home/base - Located on Nesoi in the Olympus system,

hostile NPCs replaced with non-hostile Ecliptic based security,

workshop decorations available,

changed elevator from teleport/load screen to one that moves up and down(no more load screen)

changed two static lifts into working lifts (just for the hell of it really :)

hangar bay doors open and close with manual controls,

moved landing marker to hangar - atm you'll arrive without the landing animation and if you take off instead of fast travel you'll need to open hangar doors manually or ship will just clip straight through,

STORAGE-haven't altered any of the storage containers so they'll all probably reset - so just make some safe storage with workshop decoration,

Take a look adding atmospheric protection - even nice planet gets sandstorms :(

Adjust scripts to hopefully make hanger bay doors work automatically on landing and take off,

Hope someone has figured out how to add outpost functionality,

test different size ships, 80m landing marker but ship I'm currently testing with is already a tight fit
