Prevent NPC actors fade out when close..
Simple fix too prevent NPC's becoming invisible when they stay close to the player.
Method 1:
No need to download anything just run the following code in the console:
SetINISetting "fActorFadeOutBoundMax:Camera" "0"
SaveINIFiles
Method 2:
Add this to your StarfieldCustom.ini file:
fActorFadeOutBoundMax=0
If section already exists just add fActorFadeOutBoundMax=0 under it.
