No Experience From Cooking-Crafting-Discovery-Research

Slow your roll. This mod removes experience point gain from one or all of the following: crafting/cooking, discovery of new locations, and research by adjusting game settings.

This mod is for people who want to add a bit more difficulty to their playthroughs (like me). It's a recreation and amalgamation of similar Skyrim and Fallout mods. This should kill XP farming in the late game so please be aware of that.

The mod comes in two flavors, ESM plugins and Console Command Runner TOML files. You also have the choice of an all-in-one or modular installation.

Requirements

The plugin version requires Plugins.txt enabler. The CCR version requires Console Command Runner.

Installation

The mod is packaged with a FOMOD installer in which you can pick your mod manager, plugin or CCR, and an all-in-one or modular install.

These are simple game setting changes, so I would encourage merging them with other small mods if you start running up against the plugin limit.

The Future

Inevitably, mods like this one will be superseded by ones where you can pick your own value through an MCM. If BGS sorts out their light master issues, I'll turn the plugins into ESLs.
