Makes Maheo 1 of the Maheo System have a breathable atmosphere.
There is a specific, unique structure built for a breathable atmosphere on Maheo 1. There is no in game explanation of why the atmosphere is not breathable, so I have adjusted it.
Maheo 1 is also my favorite in game planet so I wanted to build there as well.
The Maheo system is the twin star to Cheyenne in my game.
