Groundpounders and Failure to Communicate are delayed until after Into The Unknown, or (alternate file) after Mantis. Simple full ESM. You can also merge this into your own patch if you like. Even though I know the quests will wait until I get around to them, when I'm roleplaying as a good guy (which is always), I feel like I should resolve these quests as soon as I get the messages. This way I can wait until I've found my first temple.
Literally all I did was add the condition that has to be completed before either of these quests start. You can merge this into your own patch with XEdit if you want to save a plugin slot.

In the first version I accidentally left in changes from one of my other mods, Shattered Space Delayed Until After Certain Quests. Version 1. 1 removes those changes and the dependency on Shattered Space. Thanks to KaeArby and StarcadeDreams for pointing out my error.
