Commerce Perk Redux - sell at full item value.

To add more credits to the vendors I suggest my other mod: Rich Trade Authority - More credits for vendors

I edited the values of the Commerce perk to allow you to sell items at 100% value at rank 4:

• []Rank 1: You will sell items for 25% of their total value.

  []Rank 2: You will sell items for 50% of their total value.

  []Rank 3: You will sell items for 75% of their total value.

  []Rank 4: You will sell items for 100% of their total value.

  Should be safe for a mid-game switch even if you already have the Commerce perk.

  I didn't remove the selling requirement to rank up to the next rank, also I haven't tested vendor's that give an extra discount so they may not act as expected, please report any issues you find.

  To prevent a credit farming exploit the buy multiplier has been disabled entirely which I don't think most people will be upset about.

  Will not work with other mods that edit the Commerce perk. Using with mods or console commands that modify the base sell multiplier will break the intended values of this mod and it will not work as intended.

  Install with your preferred Plugins.txt method.
