Adds a new piece of equipment that adds the Starborn Guardian Cloaking effect to your ship.

What does this mod do?
Adds a new Perk that you can train in under the Perk Menu. Once you have trained in it, the Cloaking Equipment will become available at the Ship Builder to add to your ship. This add the Starborn Guardian Cloaking FX to your ship. There are 2 optional files that change the FX to either the Chameleon FX or no FX at all for people who see a performance drop from the Starborn Guardian FX but still want the Cloaking effect it applies.
Compatibility
This mod is mostly new records with the exception of the SpaceshipPartSummedValues entry. As such, it will conflict with mods that also edit this value such as APOGEE - Starship Combat Overhaul at Starfield Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) as an example.
This is an ESM Mod made with xEdit so gets the obligatory Experimental xEdit Mod Warning.
