Choosing the File Not Found background starts you with 3 points to choose your own skills, as the default Wellness, Ballistics, and Piloting are removed.
This is an update / fix to the File Not Found - Choose Your Own Perks mod.
How It Works
The mod makes a check after Character Creation, whether you picked [File Not Found] or not. If you did, you start with no skills, but you do start with 3 skill points to spend however you choose.
Quick Start Mod Compatibility
The mod has now been updated as of Feb 12 2026 (game version 1. 15. 222). Since it makes its check after the character generation menu closes, it should now be compatible with Fast/Alternate Start mods - including Star Wars: Genesis (linking because I just mentioned it, and a highly recommended mod list!!)
