Better Trade Kiosks
Trade Authority Kiosks are all over but generally they aren't as good as the trade authority vendors themselves. I like the convenience of the kiosks so I wanted to tweak them a bit to make them far more useful which is how we get this mod.
Tweaks to all Trade Authority Kiosk Trade Authority Kiosks will now buy stolen items, this allows to sell stolen goods but also allows you to sell/buyback to remove the stolen tag from an item.
