Banshee - Starfield Extended Patch

This is the Starfield Extended Collection patch for the Banshee armor mod.

It rebalances the armor to Craftable Quality Extended DR and value/weight standards, as well as adding support for it's additional quality tiers.

It sets up leveled lists for the armor for usage by Starfield Extended - Mod Armor Distribution.

It brings crafting recipes in line with Starfield Extended - Armor & Clothing Crafting standards.

It overrides the quest entry to prevent leveled list injection into death LLs, as with Starfield Extended - Mod Armor Distribution you can get it from drops of enemies wearing it.
