Welcome to my perk mod!
Enemies in SF scale a lot with HP, so I wanted to improve Ballistics Perk a bit.
Changes:
Rank 1: +25% Damage
Rank 2: +35% Damage
Rank 3: +50% Damage
Rank 4: new effect*: +10% Crit Chance to all weapons; +25% Ballistic Weapon Range
Installation:
make sure that esm is inside Steam Starfield data folder
Activate .esm inside plugins.txt at appdata folder.
Make sure StarfieldCustom.ini is setup corretcly!
