Adds a diagnostic cart to the misc tab that cures all afflictions, addictions, and heals for 999.
Requires rank 2 medicine.

1. 6 Update:
Just added an icon for the menu and made the snacks rare. Safe to update.
The model was updated so I recommend deleting any built machines before updating just in case.
Another model is coming soon in a larger mod.
Uninstalling: Be sure to remove anything built from this mod before uninstalling or it will cause ctd in the build menu!
