At Hell's Gate Free Lanes Consistency Tweaks

Description

Requires having not done the quest 'At Hells Gate' in your current universe, this mod will not function properly otherwise.

'At Hells Gate' Items taken through the Quantum Entanglement Device before installation will also not function properly.

At Hell's Gate items were not updated to the new legendary and quality crafting systems introduced by Free Lanes.  This changes that, while also fixing some bugs and balancing some of the lesser items.

Main Features

Consistency Changes

Custom quality mods have been removed, and replaced with the quality upgrade system.

Leveled Lists have been updated to use the quality upgrade system instead of the original custom system.

Rip and Tear, Unstoppable Force, and Rend have all been made into functioning legendary mods instead of being a weapon enchantment, and will no longer continue functioning when removed.

Fourth Legendary slot and Stat Upgrade slot have been added.

Item Balancing

Crucible Sword base damaged increased from 37 to 65 damage, and given the same upgrade curve as the Seokguh Blade.

Super Shotgun damage remains unchanged, and given a similar(but not exact) upgrade curve to the Coachman to reflect original item balance.

Praetor Helm stats have been increased slightly.

Praetor Suit stats unchanged at max quality.

Removed the vfx tied to 'Rend', for performance/eyestrain.
