Earthy Lawn Grass

Makes Lawn Grass match your recolour pack.

Lawn Grass ships its own bright green lawn sprites. Recolour packs don't touch them, because they are the mod's own assets rather than vanilla ones, so the lawn stays neon while the rest of your farm goes muted.

This mod repaints the lawn while the game runs, using the grass tile from whichever outdoor tilesheet is actually loaded: your recolour's, or vanilla's if you don't use one.

      Configuration

      • []Enabled (default true): set to false to leave the lawn as Lawn Grass draws it.[/]

        []TileIndex (default 175): which tile of the outdoor tilesheet to paint the lawn with. 175 is the plain grass used across the farm. 351 is the darker mown patch the map draws around the farmhouse.[/]

          []Don't use it together with another mod that replaces Lawn Grass's lawn textures; only one of them will win.[/]

            Keep a mown lawn mown

            (new in 1. 1. 0)

            A lawn tile cut down to bare ground only starts growing back with a small daily chance. Once it sprouts, it grows at the normal rate, so the rest of your grass isn't slowed down.

            LawnSproutChance (default 0. 01): the daily chance that a mown lawn tile starts growing again. 0. 01 is about once in 100 days. Set it to 1 to turn this off.

            For the normal rate after sprouting, set Lawn Grass's own GrowChance to 1.

            Compatibility: this part patches Grass.dayUpdate. Another mod that changes how bare lawn regrows may conflict; set LawnSproutChance to 1 to switch it off.

            Settings: edit config.json, or change them in-game with Generic Mod Config Menu (optional). Colour changes apply immediately.
