Aliyah - Custom NPC (CP)

About Aliyah

Aliyah is a magical wildlife researcher who moved to the valley to observe and write about wild fairies, wolpertingers, will-o'-the-wisps, and other magical creatures. Some of her interests are reading, writing, sewing and taking long walks through nature. She is also part of the Adventurer's Guild, which she visits once per week. Most of her days are spent working on her research journal in and around her little cottage, which is located in a forest clearing west of the railroad, accessible only through the railroad tunnel. Despite her somewhat isolated living situation, she is generally a kind, caring and open person who is happy to meet the new farmer after the rockslide blocking the railroad has been cleared out.

Aliyah is romancable and can be married. She is a fully developed NPC who has friendship-based seasonal dialogue, 7 heart events and attends town festivals, among other social functions. Including marriage and events, she has over 550 lines of dialogue to discover.

You can add her to the game at any time during your playtrough, but some of her early dialogue lines may feel out of place depending on your progress. If you do add her to an already established farm, note that it will take a day for her schedule and dialogue to load.

The Railroad Woods

The Railroad Woods are the new area added by this mod, which is only accessible through the western railroad tunnel. This is where Aliyah's home is located. You can go there to socialize with her or collect forage.

Compatibility

This mod may not be compatible with mods that add warps to the railroad tunnels. Aliyah's festival positions may clash with other added NPCs. I tested with Stardew Valley Expanded, which works fine, and tried to figure out where other added NPCs may stand, but considering how many NPCs are out there, it's definitely possible that some of them overlap. Please let me know if that is the case, and I'll see what I can do.

Perfection Items

In Aliyah's 12 heart event, the player unlocks a few items that count towards perfection. If you don't want to marry her to get those items, you can disable them with Generic Mod Config Menu. If you don't want to disable the items entirely, I'd recommend spawning them in to sell for perfection.
