Night vision googles

Hat item that lets you see in the dark.

It's unlocked with the beta sector stuff. Lights everything up in green if it would be dark around you. Ground penetration is better then the lantern and a bit worse then torches.

Change log:

The blueprint for the item is unlocked by crafting or picking up a copper head armor piece now. (The reason for this is this way I don't have to tie the blueprint to the player config file, should be less messy when updates come out, or some option to add items to the tech levels without overwriting)
