Update 12/15/14 - Due to the trailer of the new winter release (coming in January), I will be holding back further updates to my mods until i can establish both the need and compatibility of the mods with the new version of the game. Upon release of the new stable version, I will be re-releasing my mods (hopefully fully compatible and bug free!) for the new version. Look for updates in January!

I AM still working on this, I swear... IRL issues have been a problem with the development of this mod (and the mods that stem from it), but I am happy to say that I have them resolved, and will be continuing work on this series of mods! Coming SOON: NC Protect!

Ever wish you could store metals the same way you can pixels with Voxels? Now you can! This mod adds the Metal Compressor, an object that makes compressed ingots! The compressor is available at the start of the game from the anvil.

Also adds a Metal Synth, allowing you to create metals from pixels.

All Compressed Ingots are refinery-ready, with exchange values balanced with the refinery prices in vanilla Starbound. New recipes unlock with each new tier, allowing for crazy amounts of compression.

NOTE - At this time, the compressor only works on metals up to platinum, I'll add more recipes for the higher tier metals as soon as i have the time to do so.

Installation: Just drop in your mods directory, easy as that.

THIS MOD IS REQUIRED TO RUN ANY OTHER MODS I MAKE (Hence the "Core" in the name.)

Also, if anyone is interested in helping with new graphics for these items, please message me. I have neither the time, nor the talent to do new graphics, so this mod currently uses vanilla assets.
