Adds a series of craftable backpacks that provide increasing amounts of constant light while worn. Each level provides a greater amount of light than the last, until the fifth tier, diamond, which gives twice as much light as a yellow stimpack. The first recipe is learned after a yellow stimpack is picked up, and the subsequent recipes are learned after making each backpack.
In order to counteract the fact that a permanent light source might be a bit powerful, there is a penalty to energy regeneration while it is equipped.
KNOWN BUGS: - Dropping any of the backpacks on a server will cause them to convert to the green generic item cube, so don't do that. I'll look into seeing if it can be fixed. - I've dropped in on a public server while wearing one of the backpacks, and I was apparently invisible. Will require further investigation.
