More colors of glowing rain
Adds four additional colors to the glowing rain weather type.
Note: This modifies the surface biome files, meaning:
1. The effects will not be visible on previously visited worlds.
2. This is incompatible with other mods that edit the same files.
Update 2014FEB11:
This update adds a very small chance for all five colors of glowing rain to fall simultaneously. Like all biome mods, the effects will not be observed on any worlds visited before this updated version of the mod was installed.
I've also removed some redundant files to reduce the download size.
