You can craft the drug lab at the inventor's table. This is where you can craft most of the drugs found in the game. Miscellaneous crafting:

Pot Brownie, Coca Tea - Kitchen Table

Hemp Fabric, Fear and Loathing set - Spinning Wheel

After purchasing a Drug Shipper( Drugs R Us Shipments) from the Holodealer you can use it just like the vanilla Crop Shipper, you place the drug related items( everything besides the Fear and Loathing set, the Fly Swatter, the Holodealer, the Drug Shipper and the drug lab) and you will get 0. 3 price for your items instead of the original 0. 2.
