Hello folks,
I rarely find the time to actually finish a mod and publish, so I'm glad I was able to do this. Enjoy!
Definition and Instructions: In vanilla game, as most of you know, Tailors would make a reference of your outfit and apply that outfit to all crew members while dyeing the outfit to predefined colors.
So, with "Crew Customization" Mod, the behavior for Tailor crew members have been changed. If you have a follower, the Tailor only applies the outfit you wear to the followers. If you have no followers, then the Tailors own outfit is changed. And this is done without the auto-dye process. So any dyes or changes on your character is directly applied to the crew members.
Also I might add, "head" and "headCosmetic" slots have been added as uniform. Unfortunately, this also means that any head equipment an NPC has prior to becoming a crew member is gone when they change to crew status.
To revert to default uniforms, simply chat with the Tailor again.
Uninstallation:
Please make sure you revert all crew members to default uniforms before uninstalling the mod.

This mod is not compatible with any mod does anything with crews and also "player.config" file
