No more mass reducer

This mod eliminates the concept of mass reducers from the game. Now when you design your ship, you only need to worry about the slot count; you will never need to worry about swapping components and exceeding the mass limit. NOTE: this mod should really go last in your mod configuration list. It edits all the ships that exist when the mod is loaded. If you use another mod which adds a ship, and that other mod comes after this mod, "bad things" will happen.
