Temporal solution for not-turnable-off crosshair after 1.3 update
After 1. 3 update suprisingly crosshair on center of screen doesnt disappear even when you turn it off in user interface options. This mod replaces dot crosshair texture with fully transparent version, so you wont see dot crosshair in game anymore. It doesn't concern other crosshairs, so you have to use option "dot crosshair for every weapon" in user interface settings.
It is only temporal solution, hope devs will quickly release crosshair fix for 1. 3 patch.
