STALKER 2 Config Optimization Summary – RTX 3060 Ti (8GB) @ 1440p

Engine.ini Changes:

- Disabled TAA completely to avoid conflict with DLSS (r. DefaultFeature. AntiAliasing=0)

- Removed DLSS sharpening (r. Tonemapper. Sharpen=0)

- Re-enabled tonemapper and auto exposure for proper brightness during daytime (Tonemapper. Quality=2, EyeAdaptationQuality=1)

- Reduced bloom quality to soften lighting intensity

- Disabled motion blur, lens flare, chromatic aberration, DoF, and other visual noise

- Disabled volumetric fog and clouds for major performance gain

- Tweaked shadows for performance: limited cascades, resolution, and distance scale

- Set VRAM streaming pool size to 6144MB to stay under 8GB limit

- Removed FPS smoothing limit to allow uncapped framerate

GameUserSettings.ini Changes:

- Set anti-aliasing quality to 2 as fallback in case DLSS is off

- Post-processing, motion blur, DoF all set to 0 for clean visuals

- Texture quality set to 2 (High), safe for 8GB VRAM with DLSS

- Volumetric fog/clouds disabled to match Engine.ini

- Shadow quality set to 2 (Medium)

- Resolution scaling locked at 100% to avoid engine-side downscaling

- Disabled dynamic resolution (DLSS handles this better)

- FrameRateLimit set to 0. 000000 to remove cap completely

Purpose of These Tweaks:

- Achieve stable 70+ FPS at 1440p resolution

- Reduce VRAM load on an 8GB GPU

- Avoid overlapping AA/sharpening between TAA and DLSS

- Retain solid visuals without overloading the system
