Stalker unlimited rebalance

Artifactsbuff:

-Changes to damage modifiers (5-15% to 7. 5-20%);

-Changes to penetration modifiers (5-15% to 7. 5-20%);

-Changes to weight modifiers (5-20 to 7-20);

-Changes to physical defence modifiers (0. 2-0. 8 to 0. 25-1. 0).

Weirdpotfix:

-Returned vanilla feature to weird pot.

RSQnTraders:

-Changed repeatable side quests cooldown from 12h to 0 (wait a few seconds after completing a quest to receive a new one)

-Changed shops refresh cooldown from 24h to 8h.

Gear management:

-Weapons and armor upgrade cost increased by 50%;

-Weapons and armor purchase cost increased by 25%;

-Weapons and armor repair cost reduced by 25% (compared to Stalker Unlimited).

-Removes PDA drops that lead to stashes in Pripyat or Jupiter. You will receive a PDA that leads you elsewhere instead.

-Doubled PDA drop rates, adjusted stash rewards. On average, 10 stashes from this mod should have equal value to 5 from unlimited. Allows to receive more blueprints, and more weapons and armor, but durability you find them at is decreased.

-An enhanced version of PDA system. Adds a small chance for experienced/veteran stashes to contain strong, but low durability equipment or attachments, that you cannot access in the shops yet.

I recommend using only one PDA mod - using both may break balance.
