Rog Ally and Rog Ally X (Shadow bug fix) (1.8 ready)

This small patch fixes a bug with shadows on Rog Ally and Rog Ally X consoles.

If your game looks blurry and the lighting is weird, it's because there's been a driver issue with Unreal Engine 5 games for a long time. Hopefully this can be fixed.

Unpack files and move dxgi.dll and dxgi_proxy.ini to the (S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Binaries\Win64) folder

P. S. You can fix any games who create on UnrealEngine5. It work not just for Stalker2

FIX not JUST only FOR ROG ALLY CONSOLE!!!

I just found out it worked on Legion GO too. Most likely it will work on laptops and console that use AMD technology
