Recoded Movies (5 gb instead of 25 gb)

This mod is created for saving disk space, primarily for those who play on small SSDs or HDDs, steam deck or other portable consoles. In general, where every gigabyte is important. I didn't change the video file resolution or fps. Everything remained in it's original form. Only the lowest possible bitrate was used to maintain good video quality.

In some videos the visual flaws is slightly noticeable. If you prefer max quality, then refuse to download this mod. I made this for myself and decided to share it with those who are not satisfied with a huge bloated videos. I didn't change the video file resolution or fps, they remained the same as in the original (4K, 60 fps), only 5 times smaller in size while maintaining good video quality.

The game folder now takes up 25 gigabytes less space.

Installation:

Unzip S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 Recoded Movies.zip to the root game folder, with overwrite.

Example: C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl
