quest item weight to 0

This mod changes the weight of most quest items to 0. It was driving me mad having bugged quest items that I cannot remove taking up valuable space.

This mod changes weight = X to weight = 0 in the file. All items in quest prototypes were set to 0.

The main file changes Stalker2\Content\GameLite\GameData\ItemPrototypes\QuestItemPrototypes.cfg

The optional file changes two guns. SID = Gun_Decider_AR and SID = Gun_Partner_SR. Decider had no weight listed, and was pulling from another, so added it.

Files changed are Stalker2\Content\GameLite\GameData\ItemPrototypes\WeaponPrototypes.cfg, and QuestItemPrototypes.cfg.

Install is the usual. Place the file in stalker2\content\paks\~mods

Compatibility section. Adding this, since I am seeing a few questions regarding if the mod works with X. Added this section 12/8/2024, just in case :)

Known incompatible mods:

Mutant loot. That mod changes the same file I changed. The mod adds new stuff to the file, so a mod merger program will likely fail (pretty sure they are not able to add new lines, only change values). If you put my mod in a higher order, it will break their mod.

Modular Hard Mode. The loot module uses questitemprototypes, and the ballistics module uses weaponprototypes. My main file only has questitemprototypes, and my optional file has both.

Not aware of any others at this time, however, check their changed files just in case. My main mod only changes questitemprototypes.cfg, and the optional changes questitemprototypes.cfg and weaponprototypes.cfg.

Sota2 made a version that doesn't need constant updating. You can try that if you want to see if it will work with any that are not compatible with mine :)
