More rewarding mutants

Description

In Vanilla, after a battle, you’re left with nothing but torn pants and a broken gun. Mods are either extremely unbalanced—in the sense that they give you too much—or they’re not there at all. There is, of course Better Ballistics Mutant Rebalanced, but it alters the balance of the mutants in other areas as well, which makes it unbalanced in combat against them.
