Description

Tired of the feeling that when you shoot, the bullets seem to be scattered in a forced manner? Do you want to shoot from the hip but the bullets are going to Mun? Do you like shotguns? Then this mod is for you!

This mod focuses on improving the feeling and ballistics when shooting.

My balance of weapons is no longer based on calibre exclusively. I have programmed a calculator and now each weapon has a different base damage that depends on real life data: barrel length, gas system, gas loss on shell ejection, calibre dimensions and a multiplier of X. X% that slightly improves the weapons (entered manually) based on a sense of progression.

This affects recoil, dispersion radius, range and weapon wear.

Penetration is based on ammunition. All weapons will show 1. 0 pen but each caliber has different penetration wich can't be shown in the UI.

- AP (armor piercing) ammunition will reduce the armor value of the target by X and that reduction will be added to the base damage, in turn, this type of ammunition has a penalty to the base damage. This is because it is intended to penetrate armour and therefore loses its expansive capability.

To make it clear: AP ammunition does more damage the more armour the target has.

- HP (expansive) ammunition works in the opposite way to AP ammunition. It has a penalty to armour penetration, but multiplies the base damage. Therefore, it does more damage the less armour the target has. Like, for example, mutants.

- Increased reload time for some weapons.

- Increased reload recovery for some weapons.

- Completely rebalanced the gunplay of shotguns. They are now more brutal, fun and realistic. Try them!

- Improved feel when playing with bolt-action rifles

- Improved the dispersion of player bullets.

- Adjusted bullet drop for weapons.
