FPS Boost less stuttering better stability and cleaner image all in one tweaks

this mod is a simple but some important tweaks for game's graphics and engine ,ini files that brings improvements in stability , performance and cleans the visuals by disabling on screen effect. works on all pc.

These all tweaks improves performance , stability and cleans the visuals .

i got these tweaks from steam community post then i tested all these to confirm the changes and combine all in ini files to just copy paste and done.

TO INSTALL:

replace both the files in %localappdata%\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows

!! MAKE SURE TO MAKE YOUR BACKUP BEFORE INSTALLING THESE INI FILES IN CASE IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG!!
