Faster Intro Splash Screens

Description:

This mod make intro loading splash screens fade in/out faster and stay shorter not wasting time.

Keep in mind game still needs to load, so disabling intro sequence will result in black screen.

This mod was designed to hide whole loading time so you wont be greeted by the void.

Game loading time is dependent on PC configuration so I provide 3 versions of the mod.

• []z_aFastestSplashScreen.pak - 2s per splash

  []z_bFasterSplashScreen.pak - 2,5s per splash

  []z_cFastSplashScreen.pak - 3s per splash

  []Vanilla is 4,5s per splash

  Pick fastest and if you can see back screen after intro sequence change to slower version. Repeat until satisfied.

  Installation:

  Pick and extract one .pak file into "S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2 Heart of Chornobyl\Stalker2\Content\Paks\~mods"

  If folder "~mods" doesn't exist, create one.

  Customization:

  You can customize splash screen duration using Game.ini Version from optional files. You don't need to install mian version to use this method.

  Download optional file and and extract Game.ini to "%localappdata%\Stalker2\Saved\Config\Windows" Replace when prompted.

  To customize time how long splash screen will be presented, open Game.ini with text editor and edit value "MinShowTime" to your liking (in seconds). Save file and enjoy.

  If you want to revert changes delete Game.ini file. After next launch game will restore file to the default state.

  Compatibility:

  This mod edit "Stalker2/Config/DefaultGame.ini", so it will conflict with mods that modify that file.

  This mod is compatible with No Shader Warmup

  This mod is incompatible with SkipSplashScreen
