Dust clouds removal (FPS boost)

Removing dust clouds that reduce frame rates and ruin the overall image clarity

If you're playing with DLSS or FSR, this effect isn't rendered at full resolution. The idea is to create dramatic dust effects, but what we end up with is an odd blur on the horizon and around objects.

This effect not only degrades visuals but also reduces frame rates. I'm sure you've noticed that when dust appears in the game, you experience small frame rate drops.
