Balanced Grenades for NPCs

This mod increases the time between how often NPCs use grenades. The adjustments are scaled to the rank, with higher-rank retaining a slightly higher chance of using grenades compared to lower-rank ones.

This will often result in higher ranks using atleast 1-2 grenades per fight depending on length, and some fights, especially at lower rank, you wont see any grenades at all in certain situations. This makes it feel more natural and integrate well with their combat awareness.

Optional version if you want to see even less grenades.

Two main configuration options are provided:

Reduced Grenade Usage:

The delay for low-rank is extended ranging from 40–90 seconds, while delays for higher ranks remain lower at 30-60. Internal CD of 25s.

(Optional) Significantly Reduced Grenade Usage:

Further reduces the delay for low-rank ranging from 60–110 seconds, while delays for higher ranks remain lower at 50-70. Internal CD of 25s.

Two misc configuration options are provided:

No Grenade Usage

This speaks for itself, they wont use grenades anymore!

Gatling Gun Grenade Usage

This speaks for itself, Grenades will rain upon you! Internal CD of 10s.

I recommend using Axxii's Better Grenades along with this mod

Compatibility

Should work with any other mod. If it modifies the file below, either merge or load this mod after for it to work.

This mod does only modify

CombatSynchronization.cfg

file, making it compatible with other mods that adjust grenade damage or effects.

Update

I will use Herbata's loader in the future to make this completely compatible, and then I will also change the probability for NPCs to use grenades and how often without it interfering with other mods.
