 New effects like PSI-Radiation, Health Regen, Stamina Cost Reductions, Increased Bleeding, Movement Speed and Reduced Healing Efficiency for Artifacts

Artifact progression, just because it is "Uncommon" doesn't mean it will be easier to get or can be detected with your current detector.

All Artifacts have been balanced to be more powerful, yet slightly harder to find and more importantly..... "Catch", seems like they grew longer legs. >:)

Reworked Anomalies to be more challenging, yet fair.....looking at you "Clicker" and "Lava Lamp"

Tiered and more expensive detectors for a reason to save up and upgrade to new ones....these things are an investment after all.

This mod makes changes to the following prototypes:

Hint: Some Artifacts have hidden downsides...."Fly Trap". Don't worry that's intentional, it requires a few artifacts to counter it's crazy high PSY value.
