Screenshots only look wonky because I play in 3440x1440 (21:9)and had to downscale to 1920x1080 for the screenshots. Works well with Ultra-Wide monitors.

INFO: This is an OVERLAY for RESHADE. It is not in and of itself RESHADE. Therefore, you will ONLY get a .png file to be placed into the Reshade Textures directory. Instructions below, or see READEME.txt file included.

This mod aims to provide a more immersive experience by implementing a High Definition Gas Mask overlay that puts you into the mask of a seasoned S. T. A. L. K. E. R, dust and anomaly grime included! No more Copy/Paste grainy overlays from yester-year.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  Step 1:

  Install Reshade

  Linux Users: Reshade Linux

  Sindows Users: Reshade Sindows

  []

  Step 2:

  Extract the contents of the zip file and drag the folder into your Reshade textures directory.

  Linux PATH: $ mv Layer.png /home/$USER/.local/share/reshade/ReShade_shaders/Merged/Textures

  Windows PATH: Idk, something like "\S. T. A. L. K. E. R. 2\Stalker2\Binaries\Win64\reshade-shaders\Textures" I guess.

  Step 3:

  Launch game and press the HOME key on your keyboard to bring up the Reshade menu.

  Step 4:

  Enable the "Layer" FX.

  Step 5:

  Adjust size and transparency to suit your preferences. NOTE: Hardcore gamers without UI won't have any issues; users who depend on UI will need to ensure the overlay either clears the UI or has enough transparency to see what you need too. This is done easily by adjusting the SCALE/Opacity slider.
