This replaces a bunch of the environment textures to give the city a colder, snow-covered look. Streets, rooftops, and some buildings have been reworked to fit a winter setting. It’s not a full conversion or anything—just enough to change the vibe while keeping the original feel of the game.

Some areas might look better than others since not everything is covered, but overall it gives the game a darker, colder atmosphere.

Performance should be close to vanilla. If anything drops, it shouldn’t be by much.

I will try and update this to make it look good as possible.
