Improved Phone Animations

This Adds some Phone Browsing Animations in the Game as Perch Idles, Wall Idles and Emotes.

Includes:

• []Phone Perch Idle - Adds a Phone browsing Animation as Perch Idle. Also Restores the Perch Fidgets back.

• []Phone Wall Idles - This mod adds THREE Phone browsing Animations as Wall Idles. Which Animation plays depends on where you point your Camera.

• Phone Public Emotes - Adds FOUR Phone browsing Animations as Public Emotes.
