Birds Aren't Real

This mod removes 99. 9% of birds from the game. BirdX if you will.

Currently the only remaining birds are seagull flocks on the shorelines. For whatever reason, even though it is set to 0 flock size within the files as well as having it's models and textures replaced with blanks; a black flapping "bird" still appears from time to time. To me, this indicates it's an actual bug (i.e. the value received from the config is erroneously incremented by 1 so the game still spawns 1 bird per flock. I even set these value's to NULL and they still don't get rid of the final bird.)

No promises that last little bit of bird will ever be removed, but if I find it I will update the mod.
