Enable Level Loader

Replaces the help option in the game with the developer console. It functions as a list and loader of all levels, all of which can be accessed at any point.

Several bugs can occur when trying to use the loader, usually mostly are script related with triggers and combat starting.

Examples of this are Jimmy's cutscene not happening when playing 'The Bard' at the part at the basement. Another being the elf who attacks Butters at the start of the game can also attack the new kid (though it doesn't start combat or the usual cutscene.)

Final bug is that the E3 version of the cut cemetery level exists, along with several test levels, however the game crashes whenever you try to load them.
