Overview Azur is a sensitive and seemingly inoffensive little dog girl, who carries a big heart through any sad misfortune. A bit shy with strangers but energetic the rest of the time, she loves helping at the farm, playing with frisbees, and headpats! The puppy girl is accompanied by a floating hand, representing you, her master! She is somewhat of a complex character, as she has 3 full movesets to learn, and switching in and out of them needs care and time. On the upside, you get a variety of tools to fight different opponents! Character Mechanic : Happiness Azur has a built-in Happiness Meter you need to take care of if you want to manage her Mood, which decides of her current moveset. You start at 0 Happiness, and it can go from -10 to +10. At -5 Happiness and under, Azur gets Sad. This Mood gives her extra speed but unorthodox moves and attacks, making her difficult to maneuver and tricky to fight against too. At +5 Happiness and over, Azur gets Happy. This Mood makes her moveset reliant on close combat and gives her a good range of aerial options. She's floatier than normal. Otherwise, Azur is Neutral. This is her "working" Mood, allowing her to use a large variety of tools to fight with. Her attacks gain extra range and present more disjoints! You gain 1 Happiness when you deal 20% damage or Parry. You lose 1 Happiness when you recieve 10% damage or miss a Tech. You lose 4 Happiness when dying and 5 when Shield-broken. Your best option for changing Azur's Mood is to use your Neutral-B, which gets you quick and easy access to Happiness (or sadness)! Special Moves Neutral B : Master's Appreciation This move stays the same for every Mood. Keep the B-button pressed to hover your hand over Azur, then move your joystick towards her to begin giving headpats! Alternate Left and Right to ruffle her hair affectionally and give her Happiness.
