this is based off of frog's fire luigi so check out his chars: https://steamcommunity.com/id/fabledfrog/myworkshopfiles/?appid=1739300 anyhow luigi everybody i wanted to make the boy since i enjoy smash4/5 luigi tho there are a few edits to him to make him not completly 100% Neutral b: fireball Luigi's Fireballs are green, and travel through the air in a straight line, unaffected by gravity. side b: green missile By holding the Special Button down, the distance, damage, and knock back of Green Missile is increased, allowing Luigi to travel further and deal more damage. Upon making contact with an opponent, Luigi will knock the opponent backwards with fiery damage before landing on the ground. down b: Luigi Cyclone The attack makes Luigi spin around many times. It can be used as a vertical recovery move by mashing the B button. up b: super jump punch Luigi's Super Jump Punch propels him directly upward.
