Zero

Zero from the Mega Man Zero series! Featuring moves from each of the 4 games. Has a special mechanic where moves can be cancelled into other ones, but in an order of priority, aiming to emulate the hit priority system of the Zero games. The system is mostly based on the combo values from Zero 3, though the other games were looked at as well. Up Air also has a separate animation when it is charged. NEUTRAL SPECIAL: Buster Fires his buster repeatedly. Can be charged. At full charge buster shots pass through targets rather than being destroyed. SIDE SPECIAL: Chain Rod Chain rod stab, will pull an enemy hit towards Zero to be followed up with other moves. UP SPECIAL: Split Heavens Rising fire slash from his EX Skills. Multi-hit leading into a stronger finisher. DOWN SPECIAL: Shield Boomerang Holds a shield out in front of himself to reflect projectiles. At full charge is thrown and orbits around Zero allowing for combo potential.
