Hailing from Final Fantasy VII, Cloud Strife has arrived at last! His moveset is a nearly identical port from his Smash Bros incarnation, with large normals with his Buster Sword, and a kit that helps him in almost any situation. NEUTRAL SPECIAL: SWORD BEAM Swings the Buster Sword upward and in front of himself in order to launch a green, crescent-shaped energy beam as a projectile. Accelerates at a slightly faster rate on the ground. The Limit Break version is faster, has a larger hitbox, and strikes multiple times with a stronger launch. SIDE SPECIAL: CROSS SLASH Perform a combination of slashes, finishing with a "misfortune" kanji. It deals really good damage, however it lacks in knockback. The Limit Break version immediately performs all slashes, as well as having Super Armour during the active frames, dealing more damage and knockback. UP SPECIAL: CLIMHAZZARD A leaping reverse gripped slash. If the special button is pressed again, it is followed with a descending reverse gripped slash. The Limit Break version locks you out from performing the descending slash, however, it has much more vertical momentum and velocity, as well as a considerably higher aerial drift, making it excellent for recoveries. In addition to that, it has a strong ascending hitbox, making it a decent KO move. DOWN SPECIAL: LIMIT CHARGE / FINISHING TOUCH Holds the Buster Sword horizontally in front of himself and remains still in order to manually charge the Ultra bar. When the Ultra bar is full, you can perform the Limit Break version of any special move, which is an upgraded version of it. In addition to that, his grounded and aerial movement speed is increased, especially his aerial drift. Using this move with a full bar of meter will result in Cloud performing two spinning slashes, which deal one damage each and has extremely low base knockback.
