Neutral Special: Paralyzing beam Piccolo shoots a beam to temporarily paralyze enemies directly in front. Side Special: Ki blast Piccolo fires a ki blast. Up Special: Upwards Kick Piccolo launches a kick upwards propelling himself. Down Special: Energy Blast Piccolo launches a blast directly in front of him. Down Special In Air: Ki Blasts Piccolo fires ki blasts diagonally downward. Ultra: Special Beam Cannon Piccolo fires his signature move forward. Future Update: Ultra + Up: Scatter Shot
