Wobbler

The Wobbler is ready to wobble into battle with a plethora of weapons and attacks. He is from the great game, Totally Accurate Battle Simulator and gets his attacks from there. I can assure you that this fighter is "Totally Accurate" to his original game. NEUTRAL SPECIAL: SHURIKEN THROW Wobbler throws a fast shuriken forward to an enemy. This doesn't fall down, so it can hit very far away enemies. SIDE SPECIAL: DYNAMITE THROW Wobbler throws some dynamite onto the ground in front of him and after a while it explodes. This can do a lot of damage and is good at launching your opponents. UP SPECIAL: BALLOON BACKPACK Wobbler uses his balloon to float in the air. This can make him go up a great distance but while he is floating, he is vulnerable to enemy attacks. DOWN SPECIAL: SHOUT Wobbler shouts in front of him making enemies get launched back. This does no damage, but it has great launching power. ULTRA: WEAPON RUSH Wobbler hits any opponent in front of him with a flurry of attacks from different weapons and finishes it off with a huge attack from a Void Monarch Claymore OTHER NOTES Unfortunately, I couldn't think of a Match Entrance or Victory animation.
