Extended Range Exchange

Description

Make it so Slimes/Plorts/Food added by mods are integrated in the range exchange "quests" by Thora, Viktor, Mochi, Ogden and bOb, thus making them more useful and integrated in the environment. Instead of being snobbed by the game.

Also adds a "box progression logic". At the beginning of the game Beatrix and npcs don't know well each other and then only one box will appear Then over time, they learn to know each other and both box number and content quantity will rise up to four cases guaranted. Modded content will aslo start to appear in the reward.

Modded slimes will only start to appear in the pool if their spawn zone is unlocked !

Compatible with SRML content that exposes sufficient zone/category information
