Due to Zartar's Character Behaviors Enhanced underwater drawing behavior modifying the same sneak behavior as the Ultimate Dodge Mod. They' re incompatible. This patch merge changes so both mods work together.
Use sneak key while underwater to draw your weapon.
How to install
1. Install original SE version from here.
2. Install only one of the main file from this patch.
3. (Optional) If you're using Nemesis then download additional missing behavior file and use MO to install or manually extract to Data folder then run Nemesis with Character Behavior Enhanced option checked.
Known Issue
If NPC is spinning wildly on kill move, go into Nemesis_Engine\mod\zcbe\0_master and delete #0340.txt, #0341.txt and #2489.txt then run Nemesis again, that should fix the issue at the cost of some features from original CBE mod.
