Wispmother Summon and Ice Volley Spells

What Is This?

This is an extremely simplistic mod that add 2 "new" spell effects to the game: Summon Wispmother and Ice Volley. Both spells are added via spell tomes in a place that makes sense (to me). your only hint is this: go to Solitude and talk to Falk Firebeard in the Blue Palace. Direct spoiler at the bottom.

Why Did You Make This?

Wispmothers are very rare in the game. There is a few scripted encounters and a few wild ones but i have been playing skyrim since its release and in 8 years i have only encountered them a handful of times. Their lore is interesting to me and i thought they would make a good necromancy summon. and Ice Volley is just awesome.

The Spells

Summon Wispmother: this summons a leveled Wispmother for 120 seconds. the Wispmother is an undead/frost based entity that will attack with its Ice Volley spell, she has stats balanced somewhere between a frost atronach and a storm atronach.

Summon Wispmother Thrall: this summons a wispmother with high health to accompany you until it dies. necromantic healing will help keep her around longer.

Ice Volley: this is the Wispmothers "signature" ability, a volley of three ice spikes. this spell has been duplicated from the wispmothers version and retuned to be roughly equal to the Ice Storm spell, essentially an upgraded Ice Spike.

Strong Ice Volley: a stronger version of the Ice volley spell. More damage, longer slow effect.

Installation

activate via mod manager of your choice. this mod has no custom resources, just one little esp.

Bugs

They leave an ash pile when they die. even the summoned ones. the unofficial patch has a system for deleting these so they do not cause save game bloat but yeah they leave ash piles so try not to summon them in the middle of cities if it bothers you. i tried to find a way to remove that but i could not find the code or script that controls that. any help there would be welcome.
