Winterhold Dawnstar and Sailor Fashions

So here we are again. Initially started out as an effort to cover those in the Northernmost holds that I hadn't yet touched - I then did a spot of feature creep since with a bit of recycling I could also sort the sailors of Windhelm. Thus the title which is not the catchiest on the Nexus I freely admit. Vanilla bodies only for the moment.

My intent here was the same as ever. One guiding theme I wanted for Dawnstar was to have a clear divide between the two mines and their owners. Now those working Ironbreaker mine are dressed in brown and those working Quicksilver mine are dressed in black and white. Gives a bit more flavour to the split I think.

I've made a couple of the armours craftable, being the captains armour and gauntlets (needs ebony smithing perk), the veteran sailor (seadog) armour, dunmer sailor armour, the Captain's Scimitar (steel smithing perk). The 'ulfric clothes' are also craftable - now you can get them without murdering Ulfric. The male version uses the texture from Divergence so unless you use that texture mod these will look unique (in a way).
